Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 9, 2026

OPS values privacy and handles personal information with care. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement you have with us, that agreement may control for the specific terms it covers.

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to people who visit our website, create or use an OPS account, communicate with us about a project or plan, or otherwise interact with OPS in a way that involves personal information.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use OPS, we may collect information such as:

  • Name and email address
  • Company or project details you choose to share
  • Billing-related information processed by payment providers (we do not store full card numbers ourselves)
  • Messages you send through forms, email, or support channels
  • Account identifiers, roles, and access activity tied to operating the service
  • Technical data such as browser type, device type, IP address, and similar log or diagnostic data needed to run, secure, and improve the platform
  • Usage and analytics data that helps us understand how the product is used in aggregate

We aim to collect what is reasonably needed to operate OPS, not more.

How we use information

We use information for purposes such as:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving OPS
  • Responding to inquiries and onboarding conversations
  • Managing accounts, subscriptions, and plan access
  • Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
  • Analytics and performance measurement in support of a reliable service
  • Service-related communications, such as billing notices, security alerts, and product updates
  • Enforcing our terms and protecting users and the platform

Third-party services

OPS relies on trusted infrastructure and service providers to host, secure, route, and operate parts of the platform. That may include providers for hosting, security, databases, authentication, analytics, payments, email delivery, and AI-related processing, depending on how the service is configured.

Those providers process data under their own terms and safeguards. We select and configure them for production use, but we do not publicly document every subprocessors list on this page.

Payments

Paid plans may be processed by third-party payment processors. Card data is collected and stored by those processors according to their practices. OPS may retain limited billing metadata (such as subscription status, invoices, and last-four digits where shown) as needed for records, reconciliation, and support.

You should review the payment provider's terms and privacy policy when you pay through them; they govern how payment information is handled at the point of sale.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, troubleshoot issues, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Some information may persist in backups or logs for a limited period even after deletion from primary systems.

Exact retention can vary by data type and legal or operational need.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, analytics, and performance measurement. You can often control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the site or app behave.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information appropriate to the nature of the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. Rights are not unlimited and may depend on applicable law and context.

You may contact us with privacy-related questions or requests using the contact page. We will respond in line with applicable requirements.

International processing

OPS and its providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. Those countries may have different data protection rules than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate mechanisms to support lawful transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
